World Leisure Concepts develops immersive, content-driven experience spaces under the brand The Upside Down, combining visual storytelling with social interaction. They also introduced The All Out — a do-F&B concept connected in the Amsterdam market. We were engaged to support both initiatives across multiple locations, with a focus on strategy and implementation..
We supported World Leisure Concepts across three locations with strategic and operational marketing. For The Upside Down Amsterdam, we conducted a full audit and delivered recommendations to strengthen brand and channel performance. For The All Out, a new F&B concept, we developed the brand positioning and led the launch execution. In Berlin, we managed the full rollout of The Upside Down, including local proposition development, launch strategy, media planning, and PR. We also took on interim commercial leadership during the transition, overseeing teams and aligning brand, content, and commerce operations
